Our new Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
Markus Rieder-Helmel joined our sales team as CSO at the beginning of December. We are delighted to welcome him to our team!
In his last position at an inverter manufacturer, Markus was able to gain valuable international experience and also acquired extensive knowledge in the field of energy transition.
Vision and plannes reforms
Together with Markus, we achieve our next milestones in sales and thus exploit our full potential. He follows the classic approach of first evaluating what already exists, defining new development opportunities and then determining the best combination of the two. Of course, the constant focus on the needs of our customers plays a special role.
Our new CSO says enthusiastically: “I am looking forward to further sharpening FINETELLIGENCE’s product for the market and thus exploiting the full potential of the E-nfinity solution.”

Markus Rieder-Helmel has decades of experience in business development and sales. Due to our planned growth, his experience in organizational development is an important asset for us. This makes Markus an ideal addition to our team. Because at FINETELLIGENCE we always try to focus on usability and the end customer experience and keep complex things as simple as possible. First steps and focus for 2025
And our new CSO is not hesitating: a workshop on strategy was held back in December. We worked on both our product and marketing strategy and addressed questions such as the following: What can our product do? How can it be continuously improved? What is the best solution for our customers and how can we best support them?
